Instructions for Presenters 

Overview 

You will have six (6) minutes to present your idea/product/startup on stage with an accompanying pitch deck. There will be an additional six minutes for questions (you may refer to the appendix slides to answer questions). There will be an additional seven minutes for commentary and critique from the evaluators.  We will provide the evaluators with your email address in case they wish to contact you with further comments or follow-up.   

Tech 

We will provide a computer, projector, and other AV equipment. Please bring your presentation on a USB drive—do not plan on presenting from the cloud. We recommend PowerPoint as opposed to other platforms that the EDAWN laptop might not accommodate. We also recommend you have a backup. Presenting from a PDF is not recommended.   

Networking 

This is also a networking event, so remember to bring plenty of business cards!  

Promotion 

You may promote your appearance at Elevate Reno through your normal channels.  Please use #ElevateReno, #RSW2023, and #RenoStartupWeek with your posts on LinkedIn and Instagram. And please tag EDAWN.

Please, however, wait until you have been formally accepted.
